As a Therapist in our Family Preservation Services Program, you will use trauma-informed practices to support children and families, focusing on self-regulation, communication, and problem-solving. You will work in-home, guiding families toward safe and stable environments. Join a team dedicated to strengthening family units by mitigating safety risks and ensuring children can remain in their homes safely.
What You'll Do:
- Provide individual and family therapy in home, school, and community settings.
- Develop treatment plans based on evidence-based assessments.
- Collaborate with public/private agencies and community partners.
- Support families in crisis with 24-hour on-call rotation and interventions.
- Ensure timely documentation for client case records and reports.
- Coordinate long-term service needs with Behavioral Health and other staff.
- Use technology to maintain electronic client files and data.
What You'll Bring:
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
- BSRB licensure required (LMSW, LMLP, LMFT, LCP, LPC); clinical licensure preferred.
- 2+ years of experience working with children and families in behavioral/emotional support.
- Valid driver's license and ability to meet agency driving standards.
- Ability to develop client-focused interventions and manage multiple cases.
